Brand new Tara Keely dress. Its brand new, never been used or altered. I have all the paperwork on it and it's still in the garment bag. We decided to elope so the dress was a tad much for that! But I LOVE IT and its beyond beautiful and you can move in it and still dance! I am 5'10, I can wear heels with this dress and the dress will still cover the shoes and fall flush with the floor.
