New, never worn and unaltered! Stunning fit and flare, beaded, sweetheart neckline wedding dress by Wtoo. This dress is a head turner! Heavily beaded with crystals and pearls followed by an organza train, this dress is a show stopper. It is a Wtoo by Watters, Style Vega. I purchased this dress off the rack as a sample dress just last weekend with the expectation to change the dress to a mermaid fit. Due to all the beading it will cost me another $1000 for alterations. Paid $1900. My loss is your gain. Size 15. I wear a size 10 to 12 in street clothes and this was a little big.
