HOLY SPARKLE!
This dress is so sweet and summer and vintage and SPARKLY and GORGEOUS! Plunging neckline with a blingy lace overlay with BLING BLING BLING (but like, subtle twinkle, not in-your-face).
This gown is brand new, with tags, but has been tried on a few times.
This gown is in absolutely pristine condition, save a few things; there is a button missing on the back, and a few of the button "caps" are missing, and the elastics to attach the buttons are stretched; this is a very easy and inexpensive fix for a professional seamstress. Also, some of the beading has come off of the straps where they lay against the hanger, but there is a package of the beads with the gown, so again this is easily and inexpensively remedied. The gown has been priced accordingly. Other than that, the lace is pristine and the underlay is perfect, with no signs of having been tried on, no smudges, makeup, dirt or anything!
The Maggie website indicates that the measurements of this size 10 LIGHT GOLD/IVORY/SILVER bridal gown are; 37 inch bust, 29.5 inch waist, and 40.5 inch hip. Please keep in mind that ALL bridal gowns require altering, as they are made for very tall, very large-breasted women, and it's the alterations that give that million-dollar fit! Most people require a hem (you probably won't lol!), a bustle, and usually adjustments around the bust and straps. This is the case with all bridal gowns. This gown can easily be taken in 2 sizes (and whether a seamstress takes it in 1/4 of an inch, or 2 inches, the cost is usually the same), and can be let out a bit as well.
