Has a built in bra and has been professionally cleaned. There are no signs of wear on the dress. The only thing that was taken in was in the waist and the length. I am 5'6" and wore 4in heels. The dress is a size 4 and was purchased at Kleinfeld in NYC. There are clear buttons to pin up the train in the back. It's a sweetheart strapless top with a deep V in the back.
