The Vera Wang Gemma was my dream dress since its debut in 2012. I wore this beautiful classic dress (without the blizzard beaded skirt) for my August 2017 wedding and am happy to pass it on to the next beautiful bride. Purchased at the flagship NYC Vera Wang store in 2016, I have the certificates of authenticity and the original purchase receipt to pass along with the purchase of the dress. Retail was $5500 + addition of silk buttons $600 = $6100.
Also included is the matching fingertip Vera Wang Katarina Veil with horsehair trim (retails for $400) and the actual veil (see pics) I ended up wearing which was a raw edge single tier chapel length veil purchased from BlancaVeils (Etsy, retails for $70).
The dress is in excellent condition with just the normal wear on the underside of the skirt that you don't see while wearing it. It was altered from a size 18 to about a size 12/14 as I lost about 20 lbs before the big day. I also added padded cups inside and silk covered buttons all the way down to the hem of the skirt down the back (see detail pic, retails for $600), however, the dress is made with a hidden zipper, so it doesn't require you to fasten hundreds of buttons down the back. It has not been cleaned yet, as I thought it was best for the next owner to alter and clean all at once.
